• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

• By You — delete your account any time from Settings. All data is removed within 30 days.
• By Us — we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
• Effect — termination ends your access. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) survive termination.

• We may update these terms periodically as the service or applicable law evolves.
• Material Changes — we will notify all accounts by email at least 14 days in advance.
