Getting Started

simplicity.finance turns finance podcasts and YouTube videos into structured summaries. We track a vetted roster of creators, process every new episode in under 10 minutes, and organize the output by topic so you can follow the conversation without giving up your week.

01

Pick the topics that matter to you during onboarding — we use them to suggest shows worth following.

02

Follow a few creators from Discover — they appear in your Following feed.

03

Open any episode card to read its summary.

04

Save the bullets you care about — they collect in your Notebook.

05

Check Reports for synthesis across all creators (daily, weekly, monthly).

Summaries

Every tracked episode becomes a structured summary within minutes of publishing. The Summaries feed is the home page — filter it by source type or any topic tag, and open a card to read. Everything you open is kept in History automatically.

Inside Every Summary

Key Takeaways

The episode’s core points, scaled to its length, each with the reasoning behind it.

Direct Quotes

Timestamped quotes that jump to the exact moment in the source.

Market Calls

A dedicated Forecasts section, with a confidence score on every bullet.

Hard Data

Tickers, price levels, and dates, preserved in the bullets.

Topic Tags

The episode’s themes — tap one to filter the feed.

Source Links

Back to the original episode at the relevant moment.

The Topic Sections

Economy

Macro data, central banks, inflation, employment, growth.

Markets

Equities, crypto, commodities, currencies, sector rotation.

Geopolitics

Global events, policy shifts, conflict, trade, regulation.

Technology

Innovation, disruption, infrastructure, regulation.

Forecasts

Market calls, predictions, and what to watch next.

Podcast summaries use these five standard sections; video summaries name their sections to fit the episode.

While Reading

Click any transcript line to jump to that moment in the source video.

Tap the bookmark next to a takeaway to save it to your Notebook.

Expand any bullet to see the direct quotes behind it.

On the feed, use j / k to navigate, Enter to open, Esc to close.

News & Market Panels

Beside the feed (in the menu on phones) live the market panels. The Recap at the top of the rail distills each day’s episodes into ranked themes; the panel row below opens six views:

Frequently Asked

How accurate are the summaries?
Each summary runs through multiple verification passes against the source transcript, with a confidence score on every bullet — anything below full confidence shows its score instead of being hidden. AI-generated content is always labeled.
How quickly do new episodes appear?
We check every tracked show for new episodes about every half hour. Once an episode is picked up, its summary typically lands in your feed within ten minutes — topic-tagged and searchable.
Who creates the summaries?
An AI pipeline trained specifically for finance content. The pipeline transcribes, segments, extracts, and verifies — multiple model passes — before the summary is published.
How many creators are tracked?
A growing roster of vetted finance shows covering macro, markets, crypto, and geopolitics. We add shows that meet our editorial bar; suggest one from the Upload page — you can track its review status there too.
Are you affiliated with the creators?
Not currently. We are actively building creator partnerships so hosts can get involved with how their content is summarized here.
I am a creator — can I have my content removed?
Yes. Email legal@simplicity.finance with the channel and we will remove it promptly.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellations stop future renewal and access continues to the end of the current period. Partial-period refunds are not available unless required by law.
Is there a mobile app?
The web app is fully responsive — install it as a Progressive Web App from your phone’s share menu for a native-like experience. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
